Phone messages!
The interest in SimpleTicket is overwelming. We have started 
taking several calls a day on the ‘unreleased’ trouble ticket program. For example, David called me today (the number he left did not work - perhaps I wrote it down incorrectly) and left a message. He was a little frustrated that there was only one screenshot and that the code was not available on SourceForge yet.
The code was released internally (at Architel) on Monday night. We are tweaking it right now. The plan is to demo it at BarCampDallas on Saturday and release the code on SourceForge that evening (might be Sunday if we are having too much fun). We are sorry that the code is not available today. We apologize for the delays. We know you need the software NOW! We want you to have it too.
